All orders are subject to fabric cut inventory confirmation. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, our dispatch team may contact the recipient via SMS or phone verification prior to courier dispatch. Providing an inaccurate phone number or physical address may result in order cancellation.

Every unstitched suit is prepared according to the explicit inclusions listed on the product page (e.g., 3.0m shirt, 2.5m dupatta, 2.5m trouser, and specified embroidery patches). As artisanal textile dyes and digital printing vary slightly across screen calibrations, minor tone variations within acceptable commercial standards do not constitute a defect.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Standard courier shipping across Pakistan is charged at PKR 250, with orders exceeding PKR 3,000 qualifying for complimentary shipping. Cash on Delivery transactions are subject to a nominal handling fee of PKR 150. All fees are transparently itemized prior to order confirmation.

We inspect every fabric piece prior to dispatch. If a package arrives with visible fabric tears, missing cuts, or weaving flaws, contact our concierge within 7 days of delivery with photos of the unstitched fabric and packaging. Once fabric has been washed, shrunk, or cut by a tailor, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Review our full Return & Exchange Policy.

Luxury fabrics with delicate embroideries and Chiffon dupattas require proper care. We strongly advise dry cleaning or gentle hand wash in cold water. Do not bleach or dry in direct sunlight. MN is not responsible for damage arising from improper washing, bleach, or hot water immersion.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from transactions on this site shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Pakistan.
